Position Summary
This role involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment. The technician performs daily mechanical plant inspections, regulates property temperature, and monitors energy and utility consumption. The job includes calibrating controls, gauges, and meters, installing and servicing electrical wiring and systems, and assembling and maintaining plumbing components like pipes, valves, and fittings. Routine maintenance for pools and spas is also performed.
Compliance and Safety
The technician must follow all company policies, safety protocols, and security guidelines, report any maintenance issues or incidents, and complete mandatory training and certifications. Professional appearance and confidentiality are required. The role also involves engaging with guests courteously and responding to their service needs professionally.
Physical Requirements
The job includes physical activities such as reaching overhead and below knees, moving in confined or elevated spaces, navigating uneven surfaces, stairs, ramps, or ladders, and handling objects weighing both more and less than 50 pounds, sometimes exceeding 100 pounds with assistance.
