Role Overview

This full-time, onsite position in Dubai seeks a Tech Co-Founder who will own the vision and execution of the platform's technology – from product architecture to development, and from payment system integration to analytics. The role includes defining and maintaining the engineering roadmap, establishing technical standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supervising platform deployment, security, and scalability.

Key components of the position involve hands-on software development, recruiting and mentoring engineers, aligning with the founding group on product-market fit, driving growth strategies, and engaging in investor relations. The candidate will contribute capital, share responsibilities in business milestones, and partake in strategic leadership.

Candidate Expectations

• Not a first-time entrepreneur; prior entrepreneurial experience is essential.
• Strong analytical skills required to interpret product data and support strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication capabilities for clear alignment with co-founders and cross-functional teams.
• Awareness of sales and marketing to bolster go-to-market tactics and understand stakeholder needs.
• Research proficiency to assess technologies, market trends, and uncover opportunities.
• Proven track record in overseeing software development for scalable platforms such as SaaS, fintech, or marketplaces.
• Hands-on experience with modern web and backend technologies, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and secure payment integration.
• Prior experience in startups or founding teams, coupled with willingness to invest and assume shared ownership.
• Ability to operate effectively onsite in Dubai within a dynamic, fast-paced environment while leading a talented tech team.
