Job Overview

This position offers a one-month internship opportunity welcoming candidates with a Diploma, B.Sc., or any equivalent qualification and minimal to no prior experience, ideally ranging from 0 to 1 year. The role involves hands-on involvement in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Operate and handle pharmaceutical production technologies such as Pas|X, coating, and tablet compression equipment.
• Engage in manufacturing and packaging of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) forms and liquid or semi-solid products.
• Perform granulation, blending, and tablet inspection tasks ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and good laboratory practices.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills to overcome manufacturing challenges, work collaboratively across departments, and manage time effectively to meet production deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Communicate efficiently and train associated internal teams and service providers.

The role is situated within the Global Manufacturing Organisation (GMO) at Dr. Reddy's, which operates 19 advanced production plants across several locations including Hyderabad and international sites. These facilities encompass Oral Solid Dosage, Injectables, and API units, delivering a wide range of complex pharmaceutical products globally.
