Role Overview
The Cloud Kitchen Team Member will fulfill a crucial operational role focused on packing and dispatching orders exclusively (no cooking involved) from the Gurgaon locations at DLF Phase 4 and Udyog Vihar Phase 5. This position requires accuracy, speed, and dedication to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
Work Hours
- Two shifts available: Evening from 3 PM to 1 AM and Day from 12 PM to 10 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately scoop, assemble, package, and dispatch desserts and ice cream orders for food delivery platforms and the company's own delivery service.
- Monitor and promptly process incoming orders on Zomato, Swiggy, and self-delivery merchant apps.
- Ensure zero errors by double-checking each order against the Kitchen Order Ticket before dispatch.
- Maintain fast turnaround time between order receipt and handover to delivery riders.
- Keep inventory, packaging supplies, and workstation organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Uphold rigorous personal and workstation hygiene in compliance with food safety standards.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Attention to detail and conscientious approach with ability to maintain quality under pressure.
- Proficiency in using delivery partner merchant applications (Swiggy, Zomato) for order management.
- Strong focus on accuracy to prevent mistakes in order fulfillment.
- Reliable team player who is punctual, disciplined, and able to collaborate effectively with co-workers and delivery personnel.
- Prior experience of 1-2 years in cloud kitchens, quick service restaurants, or ice cream parlors managing online orders is advantageous.
