About the Role

Join Splitsville Bowl at our brand-new location in Barrie, Ontario, set to open in September 2026. We are looking for enthusiastic team members, both part-time and full-time, to contribute to an exciting and dynamic entertainment environment. Splitsville is Canada's top family entertainment venue featuring modern 10-pin bowling, casual dining, arcades, laser tag, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer warm and exceptional guest service consistently.
• Assist guests in setting up and enjoying their bowling sessions.
• Manage phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare delicious food following established recipes and standards.
• Stay informed about promotions, specials, and current menu pricing.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction after food delivery, maintain drink supplies, clear tables as needed, and respond swiftly to guest requests.
• Troubleshoot lane stop calls efficiently and keep accurate FPS records.
• Restock supplies and prepare for shift transitions or closing procedures.
• Maintain daily operation logs with communication books and checklists.
• Keep work areas spotless by removing trash and performing spot cleaning; exceed cleanliness standards.
• Comply fully with company health, safety policies, and general procedures.
• Maintain courteous interactions with guests and colleagues.
• Coordinate effectively with shift leaders and management.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
