Role Overview
The Team Leader will work within the Strategic Solutions & Enablement (SSE) team focusing on the eTask User Acceptance Testing (UAT) stream. This key workflow management tool supports Global Markets Operations. Responsibilities include supporting scheduled and ad-hoc eTask releases, sharing workload for operations readiness and support activities, and collaborating closely with product and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the eTask UAT workstream by identifying JIRA tickets ready for release and creating testing scripts that follow MRA guidelines.
- Possess deep knowledge of eTask UI and its integrations, facilitating effective testing and business alignment.
- Provide timely updates during UAT phases, coordinate with business testers, and ensure proper documentation of results.
- Operate independently on routine (BAU) tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Develop and execute UAT plans and collaborate on releasing critical tech solutions.
- Offer improvement suggestions to product and operations teams to enhance the user experience.
Requirements
- Educational qualifications including Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking Operations, or Global Markets Operations.
- Strong foundational knowledge involving business analysis, UAT, SQL, and Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences at multiple organizational levels.
- Collaborative and curious mindset, driven towards continuous learning and innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and promote positive organizational changes.
Work Details
- Working hours usually from 12:30 PM to 9:30 AM with flexibility to accommodate US time zones.
- Location options include Gandhinagar GIFT City or Hyderabad in India.
Additional Information
