Overview
AMS Comtel BPMS Pvt. Ltd., situated in Nungambakkam, Chennai, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Leader to oversee a credit card collections voice process team within the BPO banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 collection agents.
- Drive and ensure monthly recovery and productivity objectives are met consistently.
- Monitor daily metrics including attendance, performance, and quality standards.
- Provide continuous coaching, training, and motivation to enhance team effectiveness.
- Efficiently manage dialer and CRM tool operations to optimize collections.
- Compile and distribute regular performance reports to management and clients.
- Engage with clients to share updates and maintain transparent communication.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and compliance norms throughout operations.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader specializing in collections, preferably with voice processes.
- Proven experience in credit card collections is essential.
- Strong leadership capabilities with effective team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to generate comprehensive reports.
- Familiarity with dialer systems and CRM software.
Additional Information
Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
Shift Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Joining: Preference given to candidates available for immediate joining.
Salary Range: INR 25,000 to 37,000 per month
