Team Lead - Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations

Job Overview

As a Team Lead at Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd, you will oversee comprehensive departmental functions ensuring efficient and timely management of all inbound and outbound processes. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high operational standards and supervising employee performance to adhere to best practices within the warehouse and supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage complete departmental activities end to end.
• Guarantee prompt execution of all inbound and outbound operations.
• Maintain exceptional efficiency standards across all processes continuously.
• Oversee and assess employee performance to secure adherence to established procedures.
• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of warehouse equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Supervise distribution logistics and transportation functions.
• Conduct on-the-job training sessions for warehouse personnel to enhance skill levels.
• Manage warehouse accuracy through structured cycle counts, monthly reconciliations, and detailed analytical reporting.
• Monitor and control warehouse and administrative expenses linked to your domain.
• Independently handle facility management and manpower deployment.
• Prepare and submit reports related to CUP, CPK, CPS, speed, cost, and reliability metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Technology or MBA, with preference given to candidates from Tier I or Tier II MBA institutes.
• Minimum of six years' experience in Courier, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Logistics Operations.
• Proven ability to function efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by prioritizing tasks towards achieving business objectives.
• Experience in leveraging data-driven insights to guide decisions and generate impactful recommendations.
