HR / HR Business Partner - On-Roll Positions in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Kochi

Role Overview

As a key member of the Regional HR Leadership team, you will collaborate closely with HR leaders to shape and implement HR strategies tailored for the facilitation center and main hubs within the organization. Your role includes managing internal client relationships and partnering with them to establish a strong People charter, supporting organizational expansion in line with business demands. You will serve as an HR expert, aligning HR best practices with business goals and employee needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute as part of Regional HR Leadership to define and execute HR strategy.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders to create a robust people-focused charter and facilitate organizational growth.
• Lead HR initiatives by applying subject matter expertise and aligning best practices to business requirements and employee welfare.

Preferred Candidate Attributes

• Demonstrated capability to influence and collaborate across various organizational levels to achieve objectives.
• Experience managing contractual workforce and union relationships.
• Proven track record in mass and bulk hiring initiatives.
• Knowledgeable in industrial relations, employee relations, local labor laws, and compliance matters.
• Strong business understanding combined with HR expertise, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and proactive self-starting approach.
• Ability to coach leaders and supervisors to embrace and apply company best practices effectively.
• Excellent skills in written and verbal communication, interpersonal relations, and preparing high-quality documentation and reports.
• Insight into supply chain teams with the ability to nurture and develop supply chain leaders.
