Job Overview
Join the Battle Teaching and Learning Centre as a full-time English teacher within the Teaching and Learning Provision (TLP) that supports children and young people unable to attend school due to illness. This position includes an opportunity to take on an additional Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR 2) role as the eLearning team and outcomes lead, with an extra payment of 3,651 annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging KS3 and KS4 English lessons tailored from levels 1 to 9.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners with varying abilities.
- Lead and develop initiatives that enhance teaching quality and learning outcomes.
- Champion inclusive teaching practices supporting a diverse student body.
- Collaborate with colleagues to motivate, empower, and achieve shared educational goals.

- The role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check or equivalent for regulated activity, including overseas police checks if applicable.
- Salary will be prorated for part-time or term-time employment.
