Tax Preparer / Reviewer (U.S. Taxation)

Position Summary

NetBounce Global LLC is hiring a meticulous Tax Preparer / Reviewer experienced in United States taxation to join their Ahmedabad office. This full-time position operates during U.S. shifts from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST and offers compensation aligned with relevant experience and skill level.

Key Duties

• Prepare and review various U.S. tax returns including forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, and 1041.
• Examine financial documents such as W-2s, 1099s, and K-1s to ensure correctness.
• Carry out fundamental tax calculations, including depreciation, estimated taxes, and necessary adjustments.
• Ensure all filings meet firm quality standards with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Detect inconsistencies and escalate issues for further analysis.
• Support activities related to tax extensions, amendments, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain clear, well-organized documentation and workpapers.

Preferred Tools

Experience with tax software such as UltraTax, ProConnect, Lacerte, and Drake is advantageous.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of professional experience specializing in U.S. taxation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws, compliance procedures, and filing standards.
• Excellent attention to detail coupled with efficient time management capabilities.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in environments with strict deadlines.
