Role Overview
As a Talent Sourcer, you will shape the top-of-funnel hiring strategy for CLEAR’s corporate and technical organizations. This role focuses on building strong, diverse candidate pipelines, engaging passive talent, and delivering a polished experience for candidates throughout the sourcing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and run sourcing plans to find and attract strong candidates for G+A and technical functions such as Growth, Marketing, Finance, Data, Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Research talent markets, build candidate pipelines, and keep prospective talent engaged through targeted outreach and follow-up campaigns.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job needs and turn market intelligence into practical sourcing approaches.
- Reach out to candidates, hold early screening conversations, and gauge interest and fit for open roles.
- Use market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent data to identify the right companies, channels, and candidate pools.
Success Metrics
- Quality of the pipeline and the share of sourced candidates who move forward in the process.
- Speed in delivering qualified candidates to open positions.
- Engagement levels from sourcing and outreach campaigns.
- Impact on hiring goals, including helping shorten time-to-fill.
What You Bring
- Background in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced agency or internal hiring environment.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing methods such as Boolean search and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse, and Metaview.
- Ability to design and execute campaigns that connect with passive candidates.
- Strong writing skills for creating persuasive outreach messages.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to balance several priorities at once.

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.
