About the Role

This opening is on behalf of a partner company looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Data roles, based in Ireland. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of comprehensive recruitment experience, especially within technical or technology-driven sectors.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for technical positions like Data, AI, software development, or associated fields.
• Expertise in competency-based interviews and structured evaluating techniques.
• Strong talent sourcing, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Organizational prowess to handle several recruitment activities simultaneously.
• Proficient written and spoken English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
• A proactive, goal-oriented approach committed to delivering an outstanding recruitment experience.
