About the Role
This opening is on behalf of a partner company looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Data roles, based in Ireland. You will join a dynamic, global recruitment team committed to identifying and hiring top technical talent within Data, AI, and other technology spheres. Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrated success recruiting for technical positions like Data, AI, software development, or associated fields.
- Expertise in competency-based interviews and structured evaluating techniques.
- Strong talent sourcing, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Organizational prowess to handle several recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Proficient written and spoken English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
- A proactive, goal-oriented approach committed to delivering an outstanding recruitment experience.
