The position of Head of Content is fully remote but based in Saudi Arabia, designed for an experienced content leader ready to establish and expand content as a measurable growth engine in a global, remote-first setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a content strategy directed at achieving measurable business outcomes such as organic traffic increase, content-driven user acquisitions, and engagement improvement.
- Take charge of SEO efforts covering keyword ranks, search visibility, organic traffic goals, and boosting domain authority.
- Create and oversee a scalable content production system guaranteeing consistent publication rates across various platforms including website, social media, email, and video.
- Maintain high editorial standards by ensuring content quality, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistent brand messaging.
- Lead and mentor the content team, establishing clear goals and quality standards to enhance team performance.
- Track and enhance channel-specific engagement indicators including email metrics, social media interactions, and video consumption rates.
- Develop comprehensive reporting systems to present content performance, conversion influence, and strategic advice to stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in growth, product, and compliance to align content with business objectives and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of seven years in content strategy, editorial leadership, or content production, with at least three years in a senior leadership capacity such as Head or Director level.
- Proven track record in fintech, cryptocurrency, digital banking, or similarly regulated, rapidly expanding sectors.
- Successful improvements in acquisition KPIs including organic traffic growth, conversion optimization, search ranking advancements, and content-led customer acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in both technical and content SEO strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Experience managing content output for diverse channels including websites, social platforms, email campaigns, and videos.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort in leveraging data and key performance metrics to steer strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in coaching, team development, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, digital banking, and fintech concepts, capable of communicating complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication suited to an international, remote team environment.
