About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring exceptional talent while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Organize and facilitate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and continuously build a robust talent pipeline.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Prior experience in recruitment is advantageous.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
