About the Role

This opportunity is with eTeam for a Recruiter position based in Dublin, Ireland, involving hybrid work arrangements requiring onsite presence three days a week over a six-month contract. Role Description

The Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing candidates for the Customer Success and Sales teams within Salesforce. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment activities, collaboration with leadership across departments to execute and refine recruiting strategies, and building a robust candidate pipeline to meet hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and secure Salesforce professionals for various roles.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process, from initial sourcing to the offer and acceptance stages.
  • Engage within the global recruiting team to create and implement strategic recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop strong partnerships with sales leadership to support talent acquisition goals collaboratively.
  • Proactively network, cold-call, and explore passive candidate pools in different markets.
  • Coordinate with other organizational departments such as Finance and Legal to facilitate seamless recruitment and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in recruiting, either agency-based or in-house.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring passive candidates from competitor companies.
  • Keen understanding of technology industry markets.
  • Ability to effectively communicate Salesforce's value proposition to candidates.
  • Strong cold-calling skills and aptitude for relationship-building via telephone.
  • Proven experience collaborating with senior hiring managers and executives during recruitment cycles.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing and advanced interviewing techniques.
  • Capability to meet tight deadlines and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with AI tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Talent Management Systems (TMS).
