About the Role
This opportunity is with eTeam for a Recruiter position based in Dublin, Ireland, involving hybrid work arrangements requiring onsite presence three days a week over a six-month contract. Role Description
The Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing candidates for the Customer Success and Sales teams within Salesforce. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment activities, collaboration with leadership across departments to execute and refine recruiting strategies, and building a robust candidate pipeline to meet hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and secure Salesforce professionals for various roles.
- Oversee the full recruitment process, from initial sourcing to the offer and acceptance stages.
- Engage within the global recruiting team to create and implement strategic recruitment initiatives.
- Develop strong partnerships with sales leadership to support talent acquisition goals collaboratively.
- Proactively network, cold-call, and explore passive candidate pools in different markets.
- Coordinate with other organizational departments such as Finance and Legal to facilitate seamless recruitment and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in recruiting, either agency-based or in-house.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring passive candidates from competitor companies.
- Keen understanding of technology industry markets.
- Ability to effectively communicate Salesforce's value proposition to candidates.
- Strong cold-calling skills and aptitude for relationship-building via telephone.
- Proven experience collaborating with senior hiring managers and executives during recruitment cycles.
- Expertise in direct sourcing and advanced interviewing techniques.
- Capability to meet tight deadlines and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with AI tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Talent Management Systems (TMS).
