About the Role

Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Management Analyst based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position plays a critical role in supporting the company’s comprehensive talent management initiatives across the organization. Ideal candidates are passionate about HR analytics, performance management, and the growth and development of talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the full annual performance management cycle, including setting objectives, conducting mid-year and year-end reviews.
  • Track completion rates of performance activities, collaborate with HR Business Partners and departments to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Analyze performance ratings for accuracy and prepare detailed reports and dashboards for leadership review.
  • Assist with the oversight and documentation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Update and maintain employee records within the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Talent Management module.
  • Create talent reports, dashboards, and perform data analytics to aid organizational decision-making.
  • Compile and consolidate information for talent review sessions and succession planning meetings.
  • Manage succession planning tracking systems, identifying any inconsistencies or data gaps.
  • Interpret talent trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Help develop training content, communication materials, and presentations related to performance and talent development.
  • Organize talent management training sessions, maintain attendance records, and ensure all talent initiatives are fully documented.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Talent Management Specialist or HR leadership.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Two to four years of relevant HR experience, preferably in areas such as Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, or HR Systems.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM or comparable HR management systems is advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
