Role Overview
Ali & Sons Holding is looking for an experienced Total Rewards Specialist to join its Group HR team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers the chance to help shape a comprehensive rewards approach across a diversified group of businesses. The role will focus on compensation and benefits, job design, workforce planning and budgeting, HR analytics, and reward governance to help attract, retain, and engage top talent.
What the Role Involves
- Assist in creating, rolling out, and managing compensation, benefits, recognition, and incentive initiatives.
- Handle annual reward cycles such as merit adjustments, bonus rounds, promotions, and salary review exercises.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of the Group’s job architecture, role evaluation, classification, and grading systems.
- Carry out salary benchmarking, market comparisons, and internal equity assessments to guide reward decisions backed by data.
- Contribute to yearly manpower planning and budgeting, including headcount forecasting, workforce cost calculations, and budget review.
- Build dashboards, analytics, and reports for insights into workforce spend, reward performance, and market competitiveness.
- Support the deployment and refinement of Oracle HCM Fusion Total Rewards and Compensation functionality.
- Help develop and maintain policies, governance structures, and best-practice standards for Total Rewards across the Group.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is commercially aware, highly analytical, and experienced in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Workforce Planning & Budgeting, or HR Analytics. A strong grasp of salary benchmarking, job evaluation, grading structures, incentive design, and manpower budgeting is essential, along with excellent analytical ability and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or another related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Workforce Planning, or HR Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with job architecture, job evaluation, grading structures, and compensation program development.
- Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, incentive design, workforce costing, and manpower budgeting.
- Advanced Excel capability with practical experience in analysis, modelling, and reporting.
- Experience using Oracle HCM Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, or a comparable HR platform.
- Professional credentials such as CCP, GRP, CIPD, or SHRM would be beneficial.
