Role overview
We are hiring a Talent Experience Specialist to support a busy Talent Acquisition Operations team in Framingham, MA. This position is designed for someone who can handle a wide variety of recruiting and onboarding tasks while helping maintain a smooth, welcoming experience for candidates and new hires during a period of high-volume hiring.
Work setup and schedule
This is a hybrid role based in Framingham, Massachusetts, with on-site work required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The standard schedule runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Contract details
The assignment is expected to last 6 months, with the possibility of becoming a contract-to-hire opportunity.
Compensation
The pay rate for this role is $38.00 to $42.00 per hour.
Key duties
- Coordinate late-stage, on-site interview scheduling and manage related logistics in partnership with recruiters and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a welcoming point of contact for visitors and new hires, helping create a positive candidate experience and responding to onboarding-related questions.
- Support the recruiting function with resume review and potential sourcing activities to help keep hiring pipelines moving.
- Assist with onboarding activities in both virtual and in-person formats, and provide logistical help for early talent and campus recruiting programs during peak seasons.
- Support the rollout and improvement of recruiting systems during the transition to new HR tools, including Phenom and Workday.
What the employer is looking for
- At least 3 years of professional experience is preferred, especially in recruiting coordination or HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal abilities are essential, including comfort interacting with guests and people at different leadership levels.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment is important.
- Experience with Workday and Phenom is a strong advantage, though it is not required.
- The ideal candidate can juggle changing priorities while staying highly detail-oriented.
