Overview
This role focuses on end-to-end hiring support for IT and non-IT positions across multiple business areas. The position is based in Bengaluru, India and involves partnering with hiring managers, coordinating recruitment activity, and supporting broader HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle for a range of technical and non-technical roles across different domains.
- Work with hiring managers to define role needs and shape practical hiring plans.
- Find suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
- Review resumes, conduct first-round HR screening, and prepare shortlisted profiles.
- Arrange technical rounds, client discussions, and candidate follow-ups.
