About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Talent Business Partner to join our dynamic team and spearhead the recruitment of top-tier talent across Viral Nation. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand business objectives, devise strategic hiring plans, and attract exceptional candidates. Success in this position hinges on a combination of strategic insight, practical execution, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure we recruit the best individuals for all departments.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from creating engaging job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting initial screenings, managing selection processes, and negotiating offers to ensure a smooth hiring journey.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to proactively build robust talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to thoroughly understand role requirements and offer expert advice on current market trends and optimal hiring practices.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience through consistent and timely communication and feedback.
- Engage in recruitment events to enhance awareness of career opportunities within the company.
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring efficiency and refine recruitment methodologies.
- Stay informed about the latest industry developments, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
You Need to Have
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a high-volume recruitment setting.
- A comprehensive understanding of the marketing and technology sectors, with a strong preference for experience in marketing agency environments.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, including tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- The capacity to manage multiple recruitment assignments concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment searches for roles across performance marketing, client services, creative departments, and other marketing/advertising disciplines.
Additional Information
This role offers an annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000. This range accounts for the full spectrum of the role's responsibilities and potential for growth. Beyond the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package designed to support our team's professional development. The specific salary offered within this range will be determined through the interview process, based on the candidate's role scope, relevant experience, skill alignment, and anticipated impact, assessed using objective criteria.

Pay decisions are deliberate, considering role requirements, individual performance, and market alignment by country, ensuring internal pay equity for comparable roles and levels. Compensation growth is linked to demonstrated performance, expanded responsibilities, and sustained contributions, not solely based on tenure. Employee compensation is regularly reviewed through formal performance evaluations and check-ins to ensure alignment with role expectations and impact.
