The organization is looking for an organized and professional Talent Coordinator to support its influencer talent agency team in managing and representing the careers of social media influencers. In this role, you will help shape social-first strategy, create pitch materials for prospective talent and celebrities, and explore ways to strengthen their online presence, especially through high-performing Facebook content.
Key responsibilities
- Support the identification and signing of influencers seeking business management representation.
- Review social platform data, algorithms, and performance metrics to build content strategies that improve engagement and revenue.
- Work closely with Creative and Talent teams to deliver content concepts on schedule and within budget.
- Handle several projects at once while keeping priorities organized and deadlines on track.
- Contribute ideas and strategic input for internal stakeholders and clients, including pitching concepts when needed.
- Keep content approaches, workflows, and best practices moving forward through ongoing refinement.
- Maintain and refresh trackers, client lists, pitch materials, and related documentation.
- Update financial systems to monitor payments for completed campaigns.
- Help identify and pursue growth opportunities for represented talent.
- Track emerging trends in the creator and influencer landscape.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the entertainment industry, with knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, and content creation.
- Solid understanding of social platform analytics and algorithm behavior.
- A positive, inventive, and self-driven approach, with the ability to manage many tasks in a very fast-paced environment.
- A university degree or college diploma, or comparable professional experience.
- A well-established network of influencers and social media talent.
- Professional experience handling brand partnerships and talent management, ideally within an agency setting.
Compensation and hiring notes
The annual base salary for this position is CAD 50,000 to CAD 55,000. The final offer is determined during the interview process based on role scope, relevant experience, skill match, and expected impact. Compensation is reviewed in a structured, performance-based way and may progress with broader scope and sustained contribution.
