Role overview
Sesco Steel is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage core day-to-day HR activities and support the company’s people operations. The role covers hiring support, employee onboarding, staff relations, personnel records, HR paperwork, performance processes, and adherence to Saudi labor regulations. The position is focused on delivering smooth HR services while keeping employee data accurate and helping the organization meet its goals.
Recruitment and onboarding
- Handle the hiring workflow from start to finish, including vacancy posting, candidate screening, interviews, and offer preparation.
- Run induction and orientation sessions for newly hired employees.
- Make sure all recruitment and joining documents are properly completed and stored.
Employee relations
- Act as the main HR contact for employee questions and workplace concerns.
- Help organize engagement activities and company-wide events.
- Support the resolution of employee issues and day-to-day workplace matters.
HR operations and compliance
- Maintain compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal company policies.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave processing, and disciplinary handling.
- Liaise with government systems and official bodies whenever needed.
Performance management
- Support the execution of performance appraisal cycles.
- Monitor deadlines and documentation related to employee reviews.
- Assist managers with development-focused employee initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Prior work experience in Saudi Arabia and understanding of local labor rules are required.
