Job description
Role overview
Salesforce is hiring a Talent Advisor for GTM hiring across the ASEAN region in Singapore. This role sits within Employee Success and focuses on owning and guiding the full recruiting journey for senior sales positions, including individual contributor and management-level hires. You will act as a recruiting subject matter expert, partnering closely with business leaders and internal teams to shape hiring plans, source strong talent, and keep the process moving smoothly from headcount planning through a new hire’s first day and beyond.
The position calls for someone who can build trusted relationships locally and globally, bring market insight and practical hiring solutions, and contribute to a strong candidate experience. Success in the role is tied to meeting hiring targets, attracting diverse talent, supporting managers, and helping create a positive and balanced team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and hire senior sales professionals across a broad range of GTM roles, including both individual contributor and leadership openings.
- Own the end-to-end hiring process, starting from candidate sourcing and continuing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Advise and support hiring managers as well as members of the recruiting team throughout the hiring cycle.
- Help design and execute recruiting programs and strategies with the global recruiting team to close current roles and strengthen future talent pipelines.
- Work with Finance, Compensation, Human Resources, and business units to move hiring forward through onboarding.
- Deliver a strong experience for both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Track candidate pipelines and hiring outcomes against role requirements and acquisition goals.
- Contribute to a collaborative, energetic, and productive work culture.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in sales hiring, specifically GTM recruiting within the ASEAN region.
- Strong candidate and client orientation, with a consistent drive for continuous improvement.
- Ability to build effective working relationships, network proactively, and deliver hiring solutions creatively while keeping costs in mind.
- Experience executing recruiting strategy, including employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong consulting ability and the capacity to contribute effectively both as an individual and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to build, measure, and scale workflows across candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
