Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and well-organized Senior HR Recruiter to oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle and assist with HR administrative functions. The selected individual should demonstrate passion for talent acquisition and effectively develop a robust candidate pool to fulfill the company’s expanding hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify hiring requirements and craft detailed job descriptions for diverse positions.
• Source prospective candidates through employment websites, social platforms, employee referrals, and other innovative techniques.
• Review resumes, conduct preliminary telephone interviews, and arrange face-to-face meetings.
• Liaise with department managers to finalize candidate selections.
• Regularly update and maintain recruitment tracking records.
• Manage onboarding procedures and ensure thorough candidate documentation management.
• Develop and nurture cooperation with recruitment agencies when necessary.
• Guarantee a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Provide support for HR-related administrative duties, including documentation and employee communications.
• Strictly uphold confidentiality and comply with company policies at all times.
