About the Role
Nexgen Footwears Private Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join its Human Resources department based in Delhi-NCR. The recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to meet the organization's staffing needs effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates by leveraging job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Review and evaluate resumes to shortlist qualified candidates for available roles.
- Arrange and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Liaise with department heads and senior management to schedule subsequent rounds of interviews.
- Communicate interview outcomes and follow up with candidates on their application status and joining formalities.
- Maintain an organized candidate database and keep detailed recruitment records.
- Draft offer letters and support new hires throughout the onboarding process.
- Ensure all open job positions are filled in a timely manner to meet organizational requirements.
- Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with various departments to accurately understand their recruitment demands and specifications.
