Job description
About the Role
We are seeking candidates for the position of Non IT Recruiter and Team Leader. This opportunity is open to freshers as well as individuals with previous recruitment experience. The role is based in Pune, specifically Koregaon Park, and candidates should have their own transport.
Working Hours and Location
The working schedule follows a day shift from 10 AM to 7 PM, six days a week, with Sundays off.
Compensation
The offered salary ranges from ₹16,000 to ₹30,000 monthly, supplemented by incentives and bonuses.
Preferred Experience
Experience in recruitment within the BFSI or BPO sectors is favored but not mandatory.
