About the Role
This position is for a Talent Acquisition Specialist working entirely remotely on a full-time basis. The job offers an hourly pay ranging from 15 to 20 USD and involves partnering closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates using various platforms such as job boards, referrals, and social media channels.
- Evaluate candidate resumes and conduct initial interviews to determine suitability based on skills and cultural alignment.
- Schedule and manage interviews between applicants and company hiring teams, maintaining clear and prompt communication throughout.
- Monitor recruitment progress by updating candidate status within applicant tracking systems and informing relevant stakeholders.
- Support onboarding procedures including preparation and processing of new hire paperwork.
Qualifications and Required Skills
- Proven experience with applicant tracking systems for managing recruitment pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities essential for effective engagement with candidates and internal teams.
- Competence in balancing multiple tasks and prioritizing work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Knowledge of sourcing approaches and talent acquisition industry standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
