By building reliable data pipelines and embedding AI into key decision-making workflows, the team helps improve efficiency, accuracy, and trust at scale.
Role overview
This position supports hiring activity for complex, high-volume searches. You will help coordinate sourcing, interview logistics, candidate communication, and process improvements while working closely with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates across multiple difficult searches, covering roles at different seniority levels.
- Handle interview scheduling and share logistics clearly with both candidates and hiring teams.
- Keep candidates informed and supported throughout the interview journey.
- Contribute sourcing ideas, talent mapping insights, and process improvements to make recruiting more effective and efficient.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition specialists and hiring managers on market research, talent mapping, and hiring process optimization.
- Promote a strong candidate experience and represent the company positively to prospective talent.
Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least 2 years of sourcing experience in a fast-moving, high-volume recruiting environment, whether in an agency/search firm or an in-house team. The role also calls for the ability to manage several priorities at once, adapt quickly, and communicate well with people at all levels of the organization. Experience working with hiring managers and senior leaders, along with strong talent mapping capability, is preferred.
Employment terms
This is a 12-month temporary assignment arranged through a third-party agency. The selected worker will be employed by that agency rather than by TikTok directly, even if the work is performed at TikTok. Payroll, benefits, and other contractual matters will be managed by the agency. Application details may be processed and retained for recruitment purposes and shared with the agency in line with the company privacy notice.

Diversity and inclusion
The organization is committed to building an inclusive workplace where people are valued for their skills, experiences, and perspectives. It aims to reflect the diversity of the communities it serves and welcomes candidates who share that commitment.
