About the Study
We are conducting a compensated research study examining the technology stacks that support contemporary talent acquisition. The goal is to comprehend how recruitment teams handle candidate pipelines and talent evaluation to identify challenges within current hiring software and their effects on daily workflow efficiency.
Interview Details
Participants will engage in a 30-minute virtual interview where they will describe their recruitment procedures. The discussion will focus on the main software used for sourcing, tracking, and communicating with candidates. Interviewees will evaluate the pros and cons of these tools based on recent hiring experiences and provide suggestions for workflow enhancements.
Participant Profile
We seek active recruiters and talent acquisition professionals involved in full-cycle hiring management. Ideal candidates include corporate in-house recruiters, agency recruiters, technical sourcers, and HR generalists handling significant hiring volumes. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms is essential.
