We are searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) to join our in-house recruiting team in Berlin who enjoys identifying, engaging, and securing specialized and leadership talent for Securitas.
This position is full-time, permanent, with the workplace in Berlin and offers up to 50% remote working flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for specialist and leadership positions within the white-collar domain, from requirements gathering through job posting to successful hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job profiles, sourcing strategies, and provide advice regarding candidate markets, competition, and recruitment methods.
- Analyze target markets, identify key companies, and proactively and professionally approach ideal candidates via LinkedIn, Xing, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews, assess qualifications and potential, and manage the selection process, including coordination of assessments.
- Facilitate smooth and professional cooperation among candidates, hiring managers, and departments, ensuring timely and respectful processes.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout, guiding candidates up to contract signing.
- Establish sustainable talent pools and continuously expand your network both digitally and personally.
- Fill challenging positions nationwide, ranging from commercial specialists and regional or divisional managers up to executive management, particularly in sales and commercial fields.
Qualifications
- Several years of proven experience recruiting specialists and leadership personnel, preferably in sales and commercial sectors.
- Experience either from recruitment agencies or corporate HR environments, ideally both.
- Proficiency in active sourcing, direct candidate approach, talent mapping, and talent acquisition techniques.
- Ability to identify, engage, and sustainably attract top talent and provide advisory support up to executive levels with hiring managers.
- Confident demeanor, excellent communication skills, and strong intuition for people and talent assessment.
- Structured, independent working style with high standards of quality.
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
