Role Overview
As Business Development Manager for Healthcare, you will actively drive growth within the healthcare sector by identifying new market opportunities, acquiring strategic new clients, and fulfilling sales objectives. Building enduring customer relationships, you will play a key role in establishing Securitas Healthcare as a premier partner for safe and connected care solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for achieving growth targets in new sales and ongoing business development in Germany's healthcare market.
- Create and implement a strategic nationwide sales plan focusing on high-margin healthcare business.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to execute the comprehensive sales strategy.
- Proactively acquire new clients and cultivate a strong sales pipeline within the healthcare segment.
- Plan and sell complex security solutions including risk assessments and concept development.
- Support growth in existing client accounts through portfolio management, cross-/upselling, and pricing negotiations.
- Prepare and calculate customized proposals jointly with internal specialists.
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations targeting decision-makers.
- Engage in networking within the healthcare sector and participate in relevant industry events.
- Perform market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or degree, ideally in business or technical fields.
- Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or CRM-supported sales processes, preferably in IT infrastructure, telecommunications, or security technology.
- Experience in service sectors is advantageous.
- Proficient in sales and CRM software such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and self-driven work ethic.
- Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency (B2 level).
- Willingness to travel within Germany.
