You will handle recruitment end to end, from identifying candidates and evaluating them through to onboarding. The position operates in a global setting, giving you exposure to different regions, time zones, and multicultural talent markets.
This opportunity suits someone who is structured, proactive, and comfortable managing a busy recruitment workload while keeping the candidate journey smooth and professional.
Accountabilities
- Identify, attract, and hire independent contractors from multiple regions according to language and business requirements.
- Create and apply sourcing approaches that keep candidate pipelines active and relevant.
- Interview applicants and review their language ability, credentials, and overall fit for open roles.
- Run the recruitment process from first outreach and screening all the way through onboarding.

- Work with internal teams to clarify staffing requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
- Carry out market research and maintain ongoing connections with prospective candidates to strengthen future pipelines.
- Deliver a positive, clear, and professional experience for candidates at every stage of the process.
- Monitor hiring activity and review recruitment metrics to assess sourcing performance.
Requirements
- Between 6 months and 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role.

- Ability to manage recruitment work independently and juggle several priorities at once.
- Excellent communication, people, and relationship-building skills.
- Well-developed organization and time-management abilities.
- Comfort working on your own, meeting deadlines, and keeping tasks on track.
- Willingness to work across time zones when needed.
- Experience hiring independent contractors, freelancers, or global talent is an added advantage.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation package.
- Chance to collaborate with a varied international team.
- Exposure to worldwide recruitment methods and diverse talent markets.
- Opportunities for professional learning and career growth.
- Fast-paced environment with room to broaden recruitment expertise.
