Job Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role entails overseeing the complete recruitment cycle for various positions including professional, technical, labor, and leadership roles. The position aims at attracting exceptional candidates, collaborating closely with hiring managers, crafting sourcing strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate journey, and assisting with workforce planning while adhering strictly to company recruitment policies and regulatory compliance.
Key Duties
- Oversee the entire hiring process from requisition initiation through new hire onboarding.
- Clarify hiring needs and set precise candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including recruitment platforms, agencies, employee referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
- Review resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and evaluate applicants based on required competencies and roles.
- Arrange interview schedules and facilitate effective communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Create candidate shortlists and deliver informed hiring recommendations.
- Lead offer negotiations and oversee offer acceptance steps.
- Maintain detailed recruitment data using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Monitor recruitment key performance indicators like Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness percentage.
- Develop and sustain talent pools for vital current and upcoming roles.
- Ensure full compliance with company recruitment guidelines and Saudi labor laws.
- Support Saudization compliance for specified roles such as engineers, accountants, and procurement professionals.
- Compile regular recruitment performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Experience
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment functions.
- Demonstrated capability in managing full recruitment cycles for specialized professional roles.
- Preferably experience within engineering, utilities, construction, or facility management sectors.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient sourcing and headhunting expertise.
- Strong interviewing capabilities and candidate evaluation skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Effective negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Competence in recruitment reporting.
- Excellent organization and time management.
