Job description
Role Overview
This open-ended contract opportunity is for a recruiter supporting corporate hiring within a global luxury retail and consumer brands organization. The position sits on the Talent Acquisition team and is focused on non-store hiring across technology, corporate, and creative functions. It is best suited to someone who has partnered closely with hiring managers in a fast-moving, high-volume environment and can support strategic hiring for business teams.
Work Arrangement and Pay
The role is based in Midtown Manhattan near Hudson Yards with a hybrid schedule: onsite on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote on Monday and Friday. The compensation range is $50 to $55 per hour. This is described as a long-term, open-ended contract assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruiting for corporate roles across technology, corporate, and creative departments.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to shape hiring plans and attract strong candidates.
- Find talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Oversee several open roles at the same time while keeping the process structured and moving efficiently.
- Screen candidates, arrange interviews, coordinate communication, and help deliver a strong candidate experience.
- Keep hiring teams informed with updates on pipelines, market conditions, and recruiting activity.
- Record candidate information accurately in the applicant tracking system and keep recruiting data current.
- Support fair and inclusive hiring practices while acting as a dependable advisor to the business.
Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5+ years of experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting, ideally in an in-house setting.
- Direct experience recruiting for corporate functions is necessary; store-level retail recruiting alone will not meet the requirement.
- Technology recruiting experience is required, along with exposure to corporate and/or creative hiring.
- Strong sourcing capability, including hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS tools.
- Comfort juggling multiple priorities, building relationships with stakeholders, and working effectively in a collaborative hybrid setup.
- Background in retail, consumer products, luxury, fashion, or other consumer-focused industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
Additional Information
This role is specifically for corporate recruiting and is not intended for retail store hiring. The assignment is presented as a long-term contract rather than a fixed-duration internship or temporary placement.
