About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic organization focused on architecture, engineering, and geospatial innovation as a Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in Civil and Infrastructure sectors. You will play a pivotal role in shaping talent strategies that support critical infrastructure projects, working collaboratively with hiring leaders while managing full-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for specialized infrastructure roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.
  • Identify and attract top candidates across specific areas such as aviation, transportation, surveying, water, and energy sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, devise targeted sourcing strategies, and provide market intelligence throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Facilitate detailed intake meetings to capture precise role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions and communications.
  • Ensure a superior experience for both candidates and hiring teams with transparent communication and structured follow-up.
  • Develop proactive recruitment pipelines through diverse sourcing channels, industry networks, and talent communities.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
  • Assess and enhance recruiting tools, processes, and strategies to optimize hiring quality and efficiency.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues and HR professionals to refine recruitment practices and service delivery.
  • Advance diversity recruitment efforts by proactively sourcing from a wide range of backgrounds.
  • Negotiate and close candidate offers while advising stakeholders on market conditions.
  • Support talent retention through effective hiring processes and positive onboarding experiences.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years recruiting experience in technical fields, with at least 5 years focused on infrastructure disciplines such as aviation, transportation, surveying, water, or energy engineering.
  • Proven track record managing technical sourcing and talent acquisition initiatives independently in complex environments.
  • Expertise in current employment trends, recruiting best practices, and legal compliance.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, evaluating, and securing highly qualified candidates.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adept at customizing recruitment strategies to align with business objectives and market conditions.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographic regions and understanding diverse talent markets.
  • Preferred background includes working within architecture, engineering, or geospatial sectors.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize, work without close supervision, and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organization, analytical ability, and time management expertise.
  • Capable of providing constructive feedback and positively influencing stakeholders within remote, distributed teams.
