Role summary
This Talent Acquisition Specialist position is part of a growing recruiting team and offers the opportunity to influence the business through strategic hiring. In this full-cycle recruiting role, you will manage the complete hiring journey, from identifying candidates to extending offers, while partnering with leaders across multiple business areas. Depending on your experience, your focus may include product, corporate, or other important functions that support company growth.
This is a remote role open only to individuals authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned openings, including intake discussions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer handling.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role expectations, and team requirements.
- Create and maintain a well-organized candidate pipeline using recruiting systems and accurate tracking practices.
- Share qualified candidate profiles and relevant insights to support confident hiring decisions.
- Use sourcing methods such as Boolean search, recruitment tools, and AI-based matching to find suitable talent across functions.
- Interview candidates to evaluate qualifications, fit, and alignment with the organization’s culture.
- Develop and sustain candidate relationships and a strong talent network within your assigned area.
- Use recruitment data and sourcing insights to refine hiring strategies and improve candidate quality.
- Ensure timely, professional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and keep candidates informed and engaged at each stage.
- Work effectively with ATS, candidate management platforms, and recruiting software to improve speed and accuracy.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and pipeline health to assess hiring effectiveness.
- Build strong working relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in business meetings to stay aligned on priorities and future hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates and proactive recruitment insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM platforms.
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled or automated recruiting tools.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to handle a large requisition load and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong organizational ability with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
Preferred background
- Exposure to or knowledge of the broader talent lifecycle, such as onboarding, performance management, or employee development.
- Experience recruiting for several business functions or departments.
- Background in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.
- Ability to adjust recruiting approaches for different business needs and industries.
Compensation and benefits
The annual base salary range for this role is USD 70,000 to 90,000. Final pay may differ based on role-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
