This is a remote opportunity open only to candidates who are authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Performance management and talent strategy

  • Own the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration, and support for ongoing feedback.
  • Improve performance frameworks, tools, and workflows so they are easier to understand, more consistent, and more widely adopted.
  • Lead talent review and succession planning activities, including talent assessments, high-potential identification, and development planning.
  • Work with HR business partners and leaders to connect talent priorities with business goals.

Learning, leadership, and capability development

  • Create, refine, and run leadership development and manager enablement sessions covering areas such as coaching, feedback, and performance conversations.
  • Deliver learning programs through a mix of classroom-style, digital, and hands-on learning methods.
  • Support enterprise learning and development initiatives tied to core capability areas such as leadership effectiveness, change agility, and performance culture.

Program design and project delivery

  • Manage complex talent and HR initiatives from planning through rollout.
  • Build project plans, monitor milestones, and keep work moving toward deadlines.
  • Look for ways to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and make the experience better for users.
  • Support change management and communications to drive adoption of new programs and tools.

Stakeholder partnership and advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on talent management, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Align cross-functional partners to reduce silos and improve execution across initiatives.
  • Use talent data, engagement trends, and program results to provide recommendations and insights.
