Overview
Our Global Professional division has experienced significant expansion over the last year and is actively undergoing a digital transformation to enhance educational technology accessibility for students and educators worldwide. To support this growth, we are seeking a Marketing Manager focused on Pharma for a six-month contract role.
Role Summary
The selected candidate will design and implement strategic B2B marketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand visibility, engaging customers, and driving revenue growth across digital medical platforms. This role primarily targets key accounts and pharmaceutical partners in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement India-specific account-based marketing strategies aligned with McGraw Hill Professional's market goals, focusing on select high-value pharma and institutional accounts.
- Utilize diverse channels including email marketing platforms (such as Marketo), digital advertisements, social media, WhatsApp Business, and partner networks to precisely reach target personas with timely messaging.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to foster account growth by identifying priority accounts, analyzing stakeholder relationships, and coordinating account goals.
- Develop and manage co-marketing programs with pharmaceutical partners, creating joint value propositions and digital campaigns aimed at doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Create customized sales enablement tools and customer marketing efforts.
- Monitor, evaluate, and enhance account-level marketing outcomes by assessing engagement, contribution to sales pipelines, and revenue impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating and marketing educational content for healthcare professionals, capable of transforming complex topics into engaging and relevant formats.
- Demonstrated success in supporting and executing marketing campaigns within India.
- Experience managing agency partnerships to orchestrate large-scale campaigns and ensuring delivery of targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
