This opportunity is shared on behalf of a partner employer that will handle applications and the next stages of the process. The hiring company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Ireland to support international hiring initiatives.

The role is centered on finding, engaging, and onboarding independent contractors and linguists across multiple regions to meet varied language and business needs. You will oversee the full hiring journey, from identifying candidates and evaluating fit through to onboarding.

This is an international-facing position with regular exposure to different markets and time zones. It suits someone who is structured, proactive, and able to handle a busy recruitment pipeline while delivering a smooth candidate experience.

Key accountabilities

  • Find, attract, and recruit independent contractors from different regions in line with language-specific and business-driven requirements.
  • Create and run sourcing approaches that keep the hiring funnel consistently stocked with suitable candidates.
  • Interview applicants and review their language ability, credentials, and overall match for open roles.
  • Handle the entire recruitment process, starting with sourcing and screening and continuing through onboarding.
  • Support hiring at scale while still protecting quality at every stage of the process.
  • Work with internal teams to clarify staffing needs, job expectations, and recruitment priorities.
  • Research the market and nurture candidate relationships to strengthen future talent pools.
  • Maintain a professional, positive applicant experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor recruitment actions and review hiring data to evaluate how well sourcing methods are performing.

Requirements

  • Between 6 months and 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related function.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Comfort managing recruitment work independently and balancing several priorities at once.
  • Excellent communication, people skills, and relationship-building ability.
  • Well-developed organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work on your own, meet deadlines, and stay efficient with tasks.
  • Willingness to coordinate across different time zones when needed.
  • Experience hiring freelancers, independent contractors, or international candidates would be an advantage.
