- Two to four years of experience in physician recruiting or broader healthcare recruiting, including full-cycle hiring work.
- Proven ability to manage recruiting from initial sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging healthcare professionals effectively.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple recruitment priorities at once.
- Solid negotiation and influencing skills, paired with a collaborative and solution-focused approach.
- Analytical capability for tracking recruiting metrics and spotting process improvement opportunities.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting while also collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience building proactive recruiting strategies and long-term healthcare talent pipelines.
Benefits and compensation
- Annual base salary between $90,000 and $100,000, plus an incentive plan.
