About the Opportunity
A confidential commercial construction company is hiring a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting across several regional markets. The position is designed for an experienced recruiter who can operate in a fast-moving construction environment and handle hiring needs for both office and field roles. This role offers a hybrid setup with a flexible schedule and close collaboration with operational leaders to attract, evaluate, and onboard strong candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for a large volume of commercial construction openings across multiple locations.
- Find, review, and assess both active and passive candidates through job boards, social platforms, and other sourcing channels.
- Use the applicant tracking system effectively to keep candidate records organized and pipelines up to date.
- Carry out initial bilingual interviews and screening conversations to judge both technical fit and cultural fit.
- Work closely with hiring managers in different territories to move candidates smoothly through interview and onboarding stages.
- Represent the company professionally while handling hiring activity with strict confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in commercial construction or specialty trade hiring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong professional communication in both spoken and written form.
- Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as Indeed and professional social networks.
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruiting pipelines in a demanding, deadline-driven setting.
- Must be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and available for occasional travel, including support for markets beyond DFW.
Additional Information
