Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Patna. The specialist will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities for various positions within the organization. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to accurately assess staffing needs, outline role requirements, and ensure candidates have a seamless recruitment experience. Additionally, responsibilities include supporting employer branding efforts, developing robust talent pipelines, monitoring recruitment metrics, and continually refining hiring strategies in alignment with Scrollwell’s culture and goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse roles and levels.
• Strong abilities in interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection decision-making.
• Experience in employer branding to effectively communicate the organization's value to prospective talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
• Organizational expertise with attention to detail and the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Previous background in talent acquisition or HR within education, training, or startup sectors is preferable.
