Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is a fully remote, contract position managing the complete recruitment lifecycle to foster BisChat’s growth. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing and engaging candidates, screening applications, conducting structured interviews, and managing the interview process logistics. This role ensures a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout and supports employer branding by crafting job ads, utilizing social channels, and promoting company culture to attract diverse talent.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
- Conduct structured and unbiased interviews to fairly evaluate candidates.
- Develop compelling job descriptions and advance BisChat's employer branding across various platforms.
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with distributed teams.
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; analyze recruitment data to improve strategies.
- Apply inclusive hiring practices to cultivate diverse and equitable teams.
- Previous recruitment experience in tech or digital product companies is advantageous.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields, or possess equivalent experience.
