Expert Guide is expanding its recruitment team and is actively seeking motivated HR Recruiters to contribute to talent acquisition efforts. This role offers an opportunity to develop your career in recruitment within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential candidates using job boards and various sourcing methods.
- Evaluate candidate profiles and shortlist applicants aligned with client specifications.
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and profiling.
- Arrange interview schedules between candidates and corporate clients.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates during the recruitment process.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for diverse clients.
Job Details
- Work schedule: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Weekly off: Sunday.
- Mode of work: On-site, with work-from-home available exclusively for candidates residing in Mumbai.
- Compensation ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month, with performance bonuses starting at ₹15,000, offering a potential total income up to approximately ₹35,000 to ₹36,000 monthly.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong English communication abilities.
- Graduation completed; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- For candidates with HSC qualification, a minimum of six months recruitment experience is necessary.
- Basic familiarity with recruitment processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
