About the Team
The Global Payment team supports the company’s worldwide expansion by developing a strong cross-border payments platform for ByteDance’s products and services. The team operates in a fast-growing global environment and focuses on building payment solutions at scale.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, detail-focused Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join the HR team in Singapore. In this position, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, attract, and build pipelines of high-quality candidates across different functions.
You will also represent the company throughout the hiring journey by presenting strong candidates and helping deliver a smooth, positive interview experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sourcing for several complex searches and identify mid- to senior-level talent.
- Take ownership of interview coordination and share scheduling details with candidates and hiring teams.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the interview process.
- Develop creative sourcing approaches, launch new initiatives, and refine existing workflows to improve hiring efficiency, with guidance from TA partners.
- Work alongside Talent Acquisition Partners/Lead and hiring managers to strengthen recruitment processes and efficiency.
- Support an excellent candidate journey and promote the company as an employer of choice.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sourcing experience, or an equivalent background, in a high-volume setting such as a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong people skills and the ability to quickly build trust with employees, stakeholders, and candidates while communicating effectively at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs, align on recruitment plans, and keep processes efficient.
- Strong ability in talent mapping to identify and track promising candidates.
Important Contract Information
This role is being offered through a third-party agency. It is a 12-month temporary assignment, and the agency will be your employer. Although you may work at TikTok, you will not be employed by TikTok directly. Payroll and benefits will be managed by the third-party agency.
