About the team

The Talent Acquisition function at ByteDance supports hiring across global Finance, Corporate Services, Internal Audit, and Ethics teams, with a strong focus on the APAC region. The team partners closely with hiring managers and HR to keep recruitment efficient, effective, and candidate-friendly.

Role overview

This position is for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer supporting the Corporate Functions hiring team. It is a 12-month contract. In this role, you will work with talent acquisition partners and hiring managers to support hiring growth, strengthen the sourcing pipeline, and help deliver a high-quality interview journey for candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Run sourcing for several complex searches and identify and engage strong candidates across different seniority levels.
• Take ownership of interview scheduling and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring teams.
• Handle candidate communication throughout the interview cycle.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing approaches, including talent mapping, new initiatives, and process improvements, with support from talent acquisition partners.
• Work with talent acquisition partners and hiring managers to improve recruitment effectiveness and process efficiency.
• Help deliver an excellent candidate experience and represent TikTok as an attractive place to work.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable in a fast-moving environment, able to juggle multiple priorities, and strong in interpersonal communication. You will need to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, and candidates, and communicate clearly at all levels of the organization.

Preferred experience

Prior sourcing experience of around 1 year in a high-volume environment, either at a search firm or within an in-house recruiting team, is preferred.

Contract and employment details

This is a third-party assignment managed by an agency. The agency will be the employer for this 12-month temporary engagement, even though you may be assigned to work at ByteDance. Payroll and benefits will also be handled by the third-party agency.
