Key Responsibilities
- Engage in all stages of the recruitment cycle, including collecting job requirements, promoting vacancies, screening candidates, managing recruitment databases, and assisting in onboarding.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate professionally with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and team leaders to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
- Contribute to new projects or enhance existing recruitment processes to boost efficiency and quality.
- Work cross-functionally and regionally to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.
- Support HR Business Partners with various HR-related tasks and projects.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a UK university, with graduation expected in 2026 or later.
- Eligible to work in the UK and available for at least 12 weeks of internship, either full-time or part-time.
- Strong interest in human resources and a genuine eagerness to connect and collaborate with people.
- Highly proactive, attentive to details, organized, and a self-motivated team member.
- Preferred candidates are those studying HR, Business, Management, Economics, or related areas and possessing prior internships or experience in HR or recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
