Job description
Overview
SafeRide Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner dedicated to transforming the recruitment process from passive resume screening to proactive pipeline development and structured candidate evaluation. This role will oversee the end-to-end hiring process, focusing on strategic sourcing, hiring manager collaboration, process improvements, and recruitment metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead targeted sourcing efforts and manage candidate pipelines for assigned roles, emphasizing proactive outreach to passive candidates over inbound applications.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers through in-depth intake sessions to establish ideal candidate profiles, create structured interview panels, and develop scoring frameworks before initiating recruitment.
- Drive continuous calibration meetings with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies based on live market intelligence.
- Eliminate ineffective automated screening tools by implementing high-quality, targeted candidate assessments and enhancing employer branding to attract top talent.
- Own and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely progression of candidates and capturing feedback within a 48-hour period.
- Oversee offer development, negotiation, and transition candidates seamlessly to People Operations for onboarding.
- Be accountable for recruitment performance metrics, including Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within high-growth or startup environments where recruitment processes were created from scratch.
- Proven ability to handle both specialized role recruitment and high-volume hiring, with experience in ATS implementation or optimization (BambooHR familiarity is advantageous).
- A forward-thinking approach towards integrating AI into hiring workflows and commitment to data-informed decision making.
- Strong business insight with knowledge of headcount planning, ROI evaluation, and budget management.
- Effective collaborator capable of partnering with leadership and bringing clarity to ambiguous situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare, payor/provider services, or care delivery systems.
- Experience in contact center or field-based operational environments.
- Work experience with private equity-backed organizations.
Benefits
- Remote-first work setting with flexible hours to accommodate diverse schedules.
- Competitive salary complemented by annual bonuses and equity participation.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- 401(k) plan including employer matching contributions.
- Generous paid time off, recognized company holidays, and paid parental leave.
- Opportunities for career advancement in a mission-driven company focused on improving healthcare transportation access.
